Level 1 - Library is OPEN normal hours
Level 2 - Library is CLOSED
Level 3 - Library is CLOSED
In the event of Wood County issuing a Level 2 or 3 Snow Emergency at 8 am,
the Library will be closed for the day.
Once the library closes for a snow emergency it will remain closed until the next business day.
