As the holidays approach, Clark Griswold wants to have a perfect family Christmas, so he pesters his wife, Ellen, and children, as he tries to make sure everything is in line, including the tree and house decorations. However, things go awry quickly. The movie will be shown on Wednesday, December 18th with a start time of 6 pm at The Virginia Theater (119 N. Main St.). The theater doors will open at 5:30 pm. Local Authors at Your Library in December On Thursday, Dec. 12 we welcome back Nathan Aguinaga! He will be hosted in the Wolfe Community Room at 3 pm to share the stories behind his latest book Lifer: My Epic Journey as a U.S. Army Infantry Paratrooper. We hope he has many more in the works! Nate is now retired from the US Army and is a teacher with North Baltimore Local Schools. All of his titles will be available for sale and signing following the discussion. On Monday, Dec. 16 we welcome M.A. Csortos and Cody R. Tucker. They will be set up in the front area of the main Library on the adult side from 4-6 pm. All are welcome to greet and talk to them about their work during this time. Mike is retired from NB Local Schools. He is a published author of speculative fiction with elements of the supernatural and the macabre. His latest book is Pallbearer Bridge.
